Our menu is characterized by exceptional potato specialties and many seasonal dishes with fresh products from the Eifel region.
In addition to potatoes, asparagus and strawberries from the Maifeld agriculture, the partners and producers of the regional brand Eifel supply a large part of the meat as well as ham, cheese and eggs.
The absolute specialty of the menu is the "Eifler Landhausschnitzel". Here, specialties such as saddle of veal, pike-perch, turkey breast and many other ingredients, including vegetarian ones, are wrapped in freshly grated Maifelder potatoes and fried to a crispy brown in pure rapeseed oil. Accompanied by seasonal vegetables and salads.
Also with the "Eifelpizzen" or the potato gratin you can choose your favorite ingredients from several specialties.
